i absolutlely adore phase 3 food!!!
now, if only i could convince myself to stay on phase 3 indefinately, i'd be set!
it's no surprise to me that sugar and starch are my nemesis! 

since steak days were my best friend during the 1st round, i've decided to do things a  bit differently so i could actually be STABLE! and so far, it's working.
after an arm wrestle with myself i decided to not eat dairy this phase.
no homemade buttermilk ranch,
no cheesy broccoli,
no mozzerella cauliflower pizza.
(and this list goes on and on)

i'm not going to lie, i miss it, a lot!

i've had only very small nibbles of it and...

so far, so good!
today's weight: 222.6.
yesterday's: 222.8
the day before's 222.8


my body must be agreeing with my decision.
(unfortunately for my taste buds whom happen to LOVE cheese)

A thought regarding CHEESE. I think your choice is a good one... for now.

But, I would suggest that after a couple weeks, that you try adding it back in.

Our bodies are funny... and, it can take a while for our bodies to adapt/stabilize and then be able to introduce "new" foods.

This isn't to say that you will be able to coat EVERYTHING with cheese. But, you should be able to indulge in moderation.

Yeah... that's the keyword there. And, it's a hard one to teach our food monster :-)

You are doing so great!!!:) I had such fun going back and reading every single one of your posts and I feel like I really know you!:) I also am a cheesie! I love my cheese! I love sweets too, but giving up cheese has been the hardest part so far, because my motto has always been: Everything tastes better with cheese or chocolate! LOL Keep up the good work!
