Lunch:Ground Beef / Spinach Stuff. - 100g. organic ground beef w/ dry onion & fresh garlic, 200g. fresh spinach, 1 tbs. house salsa, Braggs, cumin. {yum! i''ll make this again!}
Dinner: Sole + Cucumbers- 100 g. white fish, 200g. organic cucumber. 15g. cherry tomatoes, salt, 21 seasoning salute.
Snack:1 Orange, Fruit Zinger Tea. {YUM!}
Bedtime: 10:30 - Smooth move tea.
Water: 1,2,3,4
Other: sub-lingual b12,
Cheating:15 g. tomatoes. oh.. and a few lettuce leaves from my neighbor's garden....which really isn't cheating! ;)
