hCG Phase 2 Day 6

I'm doing great on this diet! I'm still so pumped. 



1st dose: 
8 a.m.
(Sleeping in....STILL sick. YUCK!)

Breakfast:
cam. tea 1 c.
apple cinn. 1c.


2nd Dose:
1:20

Snack:
None
I was sooo not hungry.
I like to save my calories until the afternoon. :)

Lunch:


Sole 100g. 94 cal
150g. cucumber 24 cal
as condiments:
20g. diced onion
10g. diced tomato

ENJOY!
I sure did!

Snack: 
200 g. Cherry Tomatoes 70 cal.
(Eaten as a fruit)


Dinner:
150g. Red Onion, Sauteed in H20 60 cal.
100g. Lean Ground Beef 200 cal.

1tsp. Braggs
21 Seasoning Salute
Lots of Garlic Powder
1tbs. fresh salsa 20 cal.
DELICIOSO!!

Snack: 
100 g. Strawberries 32 cal.

Total Calories: 502
5 Liters of water?
