Dinner:5:00 Beef 'n' Onions. 100g. organic ground beef, 1 med. onion, and sage.
Snack:1 Orange, 6 different bags of tea!!!
Bedtime: 1 a.m~!!! + Smooth move tea.

Reactions:I am getting to bed WAY TOO LATE.....but we were having sooo much fun having friends over. We enjoyed talking over our cups of herbal tea. :)
Also, today, we unintentionally exercized! A little "geo caching" turned into an hour hike! Then we ran errands and I didn't get home to eat food until 4:00 crazy! Not eating that long would have never worked without hCG. I was sooo ready to eat, but I was just fine hunger wise!
