hCG phase 2 day 5.

I'm doing great on this diet! I'm so pumped. 
For some reason, I didn't remember to drink my water until 12:30!
BAD CHOICE.
Dehydration=Crankiness
yikes.
After I drank several liters of water I felt perfect.
Minimal cravings, no hunger and NO cheating.
 I eat to satisfy, yes, but it's mainly for pleasure!

1st dose: 
6 a.m.


Breakfast:
Yerba Mate Tea
w/ 1 tbs defatted cocoa  20 cal
(to make the nasty yerba stuff palatable!!!)

2nd Dose:
11:30


Snack:
None
I was sooo not hungry.
I like to save my calories until the afternoon. :)

Lunch:
Cabbage and ground beef stir fry.


SOOO DELICIOUS!
100g. lean beef (74g. cooked)  193 cal
I grab a bag out of the fridge that is pre-measured. 
1 tbsp. dehydrated onions. 20 cal
2-3 tbs. water to soften onions.
1 tbs. braggs aminos
1 tsp. cumin
1tsp. 21 Seasonings
1 dash jalapeno hot sauce -
( I still need to figure out if it's on protocol)
1tsp. fresh or dry parsley for color.

2 c. cabbage 32 cal

Mix all ingredients except cabbage and heat until onions are reconstituted and meat is warm.
Add cabbage for 2-3 minutes to mixture and warm.
I added a 10 cherry tomatoes for color and taste.
ENJOY!
I sure did!

Snack: 
1/2 Lg apple. 60 cal
Dinner:


100 g. Red onion sauteed  40 cal
50g. Spinach 15 cal
100g. Organic chicken, raw 74 cal
Braggs Aminos,
Cumin,
Garlic Powder
YUM!
 Oh...and 70 g. of tomato 15 cal

Snack: 


5 Liters of water?
1, 2, 3, 4,5

Last day of Phase 2 will be:  
December 19th
  Stop taking HhCG 2 days before:
December 17

Now 8 people I know have lost weight on hCG!

Sooo, I'm learning that some people I know already have an opinion on this diet.
I wrote a letter to clarify the way I felt about them thinking that it's bogus. I think it's an answer to my prayers. :)

Dear Skeptical One:

Weight does come back, but from my research this is safe and has very wise principals. I've tried to loose weight seriously 3 other times and I can not. I have fatigue, cravings, am hungry, loose hardly anything and gain it back instantly. I have stayed the same weight give or take 10 lbs for the past 9 years. I KNOW that with my healthy eating habits can maintain. At least on hCG you see results and if you follow the protocol and just maintain you won't gain it back as easilly. I think that might make it worth it for me. If I can actually loose weight to begin with, which I've never had the ability to do EVER! I have exercised faithfully for 3 years, so I feel very healthy, have great blood pressure and heart rate, but am still the same weight. I have eaten like Patrick since we got married. I cook for him. He as lost 30  pounds with no effort! Me...the same old weight as when we got married. I know this will work. I've never had so much faith in anything diet in my life!
